It's not really a HUGE deal, just very disappointing. My Tacoma got hit a while back and they were doing work on my truck to replace the front bumper and grille. When I got it back, they didn't install the front license plate frame (not a big deal, I wanted to relocate it anyways), but what annoyed me the most is that I have Raptor lights in my grille. They did an 'okay' job with the grille and trying to match what I had before, but when I went to go move the raptor lights because I didn't like the way they had them...it looked like they melted/fused the raptor lights to the new grille so I can't even pop them out to relocate them where I want them. Seems to me they got a grille that didn't fit the raptor lights so they melted them into the grille.

They fixed my car in a timely manner, fixed my door knob. And the two door marks. And a new paint job.

This is where I bought my vehicle. The staff sales service parts for knowledgeable people very friendly.
